Please refer to the product code carefully when you place your order.

-Availability:
Please always check the stock availability before you send us the order.

-Remarks:
Please make sure your address is stated correctly in confirmation mail as Pos Express envelopes do not require a recipient's signature. (We will not be held responsible for lost parcels and there will strictly be no refunds)

-Verification:
A confirmation email will be sent to verify your order. In case of any wrong information, please inform us in 24 hours.

-Payment:
Three (3) days are given to complete the payment upon the verification email has sent. We are sorry that your order will be automatically cancelled after the period.

-Notification:
In case of any changes or delay in payment, please do not hesitate to email us. We are pleased to receive your notification.


How to make payment?
-Preferably cash transfer to MAYBANK account.
-Kindly inform us via email again once you have made the payment.
-Strictly NO exchangeable or refundable.
